as one could expect, if i find a recipe i like, it gets added to my growing repertoire of recipes. there are some that are decadent chocolate recipes, some that are soul-satisfying italian recipes, but the recipes that i often find myself bookmarking most are the healthier recipes. i’m always looking for different ways to make simple, healthy cooking better.

i had seen it several times on Food Network, but until today, I hadn’t paid much attention to it.

i’m glad i did, because these recipes are now added to the list of things i’m cooking soon…
